With students dressed in red and black, Gunn High School concluded its homecoming week yesterday with two final games: scavenger hunt and hungry hippos.
During scavenger hunt, the four grades competed to find and hand over specific items, which ranged from blue expo markers to non-digital watches, to class officers, who then raced to put items in a bucket. In hungry hippos, class representatives raced to move balls from the center of the gym into a designated area with an upside down bin.
Juniors came in first for scavenger hunt, while seniors came in first for hungry hippos.
Here’s a recap of the day, captured by our photographers.
