This fall, Palo Alto High School students are bringing Greek mythology, talking animals and the principles of capitalism to the stage in their performance of “The Birds.”
In the play, two average humans fed up with the world abandon society. They meet a race of talking birds and hatch a plan to become rich, which ends up attracting the wrath of the gods.
There are three more showings this week; tickets and details can be found on the Paly Theatre website.
