The Mountain View High School boys basketball team defeated the Los Altos High School Eagles 45-25 in a dominant defensive performance from the Spartans.

MVHS scored 30 points in the first half, while only limiting the Eagles to seven points. In the second half, LAHS outscored the Spartans 18-15, but they ultimately were unable to overcome the deficit.
