Mountain View High’s boys volleyball team shut out Los Altos 3-0 on Wednesday in the first league game of the season. The first two sets were close, with scores of 25-23 and 25-22, but MVHS dominated the final set 25-14.
The Spartans exit the game with a 2-3 record while the Eagles fall to 5-2.
