The Palo Alto Student Climate Coalition hosted a rally outside of Palo Alto City Hall in support of the Make Polluters Pay campaign on Friday. Students led a crowd of around 50 people in chanting “stand up, fight back.” Speakers also espoused the importance of climate action, and included newly elected congressman Sam Liccardo and East Palo Alto councilmember Carlos Romero.
