Mountain View High girls soccer defeats Palo Alto High 2-0

Mountain View High School’s girls soccer team shut out Palo Alto High School 2-0 in a SCVAL De Anza league game on Tuesday, Jan. 20.

The game was competitive for the entire matchup, but two goals from Mountain View High freshman Olivia Peters were the difference to seal the win for the Spartans.

Palo Alto High falls to 4-3-1 and fourth in the league, while Mountain View High’s second straight league win allows them to maintains their third place standing.
