Palo Alto High School defeated Stevenson School, 10–9, on Saturday, May 16 to win the Division II title in the 2026 CIF Central Coast Section Girls’ Lacrosse Championships.
Entering the postseason as the top seed, the Vikings capped off their season with the championship victory over No. 2 Stevenson. Palo Alto finished the year 11-1 in league play, earning first place in the league standings.
Freshman Hanna Karsner earned Player of the Game honors after recording six draw controls and playing a key role in possession and transition play throughout the game. Senior captain Natalie Dymmel scored four goals and added three draw controls, while freshman Nova Westin and junior captain Zoe Quintana each scored two goals for the Vikings.
