For a show filled with prehistoric romance, duck worship and, as the name might suggest, fire, look no further than “Firebringer,” Mountain View High Drama Llamas’s student-directed production performed on Tuesday.
The group’s first show in three years, “Firebringer” tells the story of one “flock”’s journey of discovering fire and how it — for better or worse — changed life as they knew it.
“This process, its been in the works for, like, over a year, so the fact that it actually happened — even with our posponed date — [is surreal],” said senior Eva Spaid, one of the show’s three directors. “I’m just so proud of everyone and I’m so glad that we got to bring back live theater with the club, and I think it was a really big success.”
